I do not recommend the Starbucks on Mall Rd in Florence. Sunday I placed a mobile order for 2 apple juice boxes and 1 grande java chip Frappuccino. It was estimated to be ready in 4-8 minutes. However, it took 20 minutes to get my drink. Yesterday I went through drive thru and ordered a venti 9 pump white chocolate mocha. I had my 2 children and puppy in our car and once I got home (I put a stopper in the drink and left it sit to avoid drinking dog hair) I realized it was way...read full review
