Employee closing early. For no reason
Bathroom toilet dirty as all get out and tables not wiped down. All while girl employee sat and shoved her face with food and watched her phone.

This location is out of the way but worth visiting. The staff are always cheerful and happy to greet customers. I've been visiting this store in particular for years and have never had a bad transaction.

Woman was a little rude! Made my online sandwich weird and it was VERY DRY ! The Man did very well! Bread was hard and tuff was chewing like a cow !

I’m so pissed! terrible customer service. do not come here. my poor boyfriend was on the phone with me while he was getting my sandwich & the workers were so rude to him! he asked for sauce on my sandwich and they said no? like what? They will not be getting our money ever again.
I came in for lunch to get a 12in Chicken Teriyaki sub.. I took one bite and immediately tasted sourness the chicken was spoiled I spat out my bite and brought the sub back to get a refund. I was denied a refund and the worked accused it was just my taste that was off she assured the chicken was good she made it this morning but I came in at 2:30p.m. she offered to make a new sub she can't give me a refund but I was scared to try anything from there again so I left without a refund or food. I do not recommend eating at this location they will sever you spoiled food and blame you for the taste being off!!! I even tipped :(

Bread was hard, cheese wasn't even visible and hardly any steak on the sandwich. If you can't put some substance on the sandwich then close your food. I am so mad right now. Guess I should have checked my sandwich before leaving! I would like to post a picture. You would be shocked. Go to Substation all, Penn Station, Jersey Mike's, or Fire House Subs! Avoid ALL area Subways they are not any good anymore! Waste of money!!!!!

I ordered my food during my first break at work. 3 hours later, I went to pick it up at the time on my lunch break, and it wasn't ready. I was told 5 minutes. 15 minutes later they finally made my food. My lunch break is basically over, so I won't even be eating for another 2 hours. I have been eating here for years, but I will not be coming back here after being treated like that, especially when there are so many other options and even other subways. I get being busy, but my food was already paid for. I would have left if it hadn't already.

I simply picked the restaurant for lunch and convinced others, since I had a coupon expiring on that day. (It was not working on the mobile app properly. Figured when I picked it up they could see the discount in my email that did not work. Well they could care less and did nothing to improve my customer service experience. I regretted having ordered over 75.00 on Subway for 7 people.

Ordered via the subway app and received someone else’s order. Knowing their delivery service is run through DoorDash, I tried reaching out to them via the only support number given - ended up being the dasher themselves. I then called the store to explain and ask for the customer service number, they gave it and reassured I could have my order redelivered, but DoorDash had to submit the request. After calling the 1-800 number, being on hold several times for them to contact the store… was told I would indeed get a redelivery. 20 min after getting off the phone, I get a text and email - the store cancelled my order. Called store and they hung up on me when finding out who I was. DoorDash said the store noted “Refusal to remake order”. Now have to wait 2-3 weeks for a refund. Horrible customer service…
