Bread was hard, cheese wasn't even visible and hardly any steak on the sandwich. If you can't put some substance on the sandwich then close your food. I am so mad right now. Guess I should have checked my sandwich before leaving! I would like to post a picture. You would be shocked. Go to Substation all, Penn Station, Jersey Mike's, or Fire House Subs! Avoid ALL area Subways they are not any good anymore! Waste of money!!!!!

I ordered my food during my first break at work. 3 hours later, I went to pick it up at the time on my lunch break, and it wasn't ready. I was told 5 minutes. 15 minutes later they finally made my food. My lunch break is basically over, so I won't even be eating for another 2 hours. I have been eating here for years, but I will not be coming back here after being treated like that, especially when there are so many other options and even other subways. I get being busy, but my food was already paid for. I would have left if it hadn't already.

I simply picked the restaurant for lunch and convinced others, since I had a coupon expiring on that day. (It was not working on the mobile app properly. Figured when I picked it up they could see the discount in my email that did not work. Well they could care less and did nothing to improve my customer service experience. I regretted having ordered over 75.00 on Subway for 7 people.

Ordered via the subway app and received someone else’s order. Knowing their delivery service is run through DoorDash, I tried reaching out to them via the only support number given - ended up being the dasher themselves. I then called the store to explain and ask for the customer service number, they gave it and reassured I could have my order redelivered, but DoorDash had to submit the request. After calling the 1-800 number, being on hold several times for them to contact the store… was told I would indeed get a redelivery. 20 min after getting off the phone, I get a text and email - the store cancelled my order. Called store and they hung up on me when finding out who I was. DoorDash said the store noted “Refusal to remake order”. Now have to wait 2-3 weeks for a refund. Horrible customer service…

Wish I could give 0 stars but it won't let me. Horrible customer Service. Barely speak English. Won't honor online orders. Asked for corporate number & they gave me the store number. Complete incompetent idiots. Never made my food or refunded my money. SMH.

Ordered the ultimate BMT through the app. Picked up my order and when i got back i unwrapped my sub and it was an ultimate lettuce sandwich. It was like unwrapping a Christmas gift and there being a bag of lettuce. Got my hopes up.

I’ve been going to this location for years now, it seems like the prices are slightly inconsistent at times, but other than that they’re usually friendly and the food is decent. Earlier this week (today’s date being 4/27/24), I ordered an oven roasted chicken sub from there. I received a toasted sandwich with lots of toppings that looked delicious, but after the second bite I spit the food out as the chicken tasted and smelled horrendous. My boyfriend confirmed that the meat smelled spoiled as well. I am also over 4 months pregnant, so eating spoiled food is particularly dangerous for me. I threw the rest of my sub away immediately, wasted my money on an entire foot long for nothing. Needless to say, I got sick with food poisoning on top of it too. I’m absolutely fuming about it and I’m honestly thinking about reporting this incident to the CDC. Their carelessness could have cost me my pregnancy. My advice- avoid this Subway like the plague!
