I placed a pick-up order this evening at 5:57 and the text I received said I could pick-up my order between 5:05 and 5:10.
When I arrived at the restaurant they said someone had already picked-up my order.
I replied that can’t be, because I placed the order and I’m the only one authorized to pick it up!
Not aware that I spoke Spanish I heard the young girl tell the older one that she had handed my order to DoorDash . She responded by telling her that she needs to check orders before she hands them over.
Once they realized I spoke Spanish the story changed. They were trying to blame DoorDash and I needed to take it up with them. The guy who was working in the back said he saw my name on DoorDash’s tablet. Apparently door dash makes these mistakes quite frequently.
I called DoorDash to verify and they did not have any record of me placing an order through them.
I showed the restaurant employees how my last DoorDash order was placed June 11 and also the text regarding my pick-up order.
At one point the guy that was working there started giggling, which I guess he found it amusing charging someone for an order they lost. I found it to be disrespectful!
I’m very disappointed, because my sister thinks very highly of this restaurant and she frequents it with friends and/or family.
I will be disputing my credit card charge for $18.01, for services not rendered. I’ve already spoken to my bank.
It is 8:24 and my “DoorDash” order has yet to be delivered.
Why? Because it was the restaurant’s mistake and DoorDash probably didn’t have an address where to deliver because it was a pick-up order.

Food was mid, kind of bland. The service was okay but the waitress did not understand English so she messed the order up so instead of sending it back and getting frustrated, we just ate what we could. I probably won't return.

We came from out of town and wanted Mexican. We were a big group and decided on this place. The young lady that served us was extremely rude, especially to my husband. He would politely ask her for something and she would respond rudely and she would roll her eyes. He was really upset because we're nothing but kind to people and are big on customer service. When people do a phenomenal job he speaks to the manager to give them a positive review of the person vs always just giving managers complaints. People in there just kept staring at us like we were martians. We all still tip her very well because that's who we are. My son ordered sopes not knowing that it was $7.99 per sope, his total for 3 sopes was like $26, which is ridiculous!

Cindy was great! Food is SO authentic! $2 weds!
I tried to eat here while on a mini vacation. I cut my leg on a metal piece on a booth. They had out of date peroxide and bandaid. Waited almost an hour for the owner/manager to come with better supplies. They didn't have a first aid kit. Showed the place I got cut at and he didn't really believe it. Bandaged up my leg and I left. I had to go home, in Indiana, almost 2.5 hour drive to have my leg looked at since my insurance doesn't cover out of state. I've called the restaurant numerous times to speak to the owner and get insurance information. Each time I call, I get told they don't speak English and I get hung up on. They've called me once and hung up when I say hello. I've left my name and number and still no call back. Not a good business practice.

Only 3 shrimp on taco, carnitas & burrito just okay, pico didn't look or taste fresh, verde unfavorable, steak enchiladas very small but my son hasn't tried them yet. I had 3 episodes of bad diarrhea after eating. I don't recommend.
Loved it! Very authentic!

Amazed
Didn't expect to find authentic Mexican fare in KY, boy was I surprised!
Great lunche!
Got the guacamole & quesadilla Camerone
Could not believe they actually have Zanahorias jalapeños (spicy pickled carrots in jalapeno & oil) on each table. Something I haven't experienced since California decades ago.

We had a great experience. Loved the fajitas, burrito, rice and beans. The chili relleno was too spicy for me, but it tasted good until my lips caught fire. 😆
