I go here all the time the food is always hot and fresh. And they always get the order right. It's a old school Wendy so that's why I only gave it four stars on atmosphere but it's kind of cool. Oh yeah and they always have their Frosty machine fired up

Dream street Wendy's was a horrible experience
I went in to dine, my potatoe was old as well as the bacon. My food was not hot and fresh. The restroom smelled like cigarettes and were dirty. I will never stop their again.

As far as mall road afternoon early evenings better time people are much friendlier much nicer if you go in the evening or late that night I don't know why they're there if t ishey don't like their job they should just find something else to do.

The order was really simple but they got it wrong, which I would understand if they were busy. They weren't. The girl at the window was having a bad day I guess based on the way she was at the window. Even that would be overlooked if it was a 1 off but it's always like that at that location. At this point even though it's close to us we drive farther to go to a different location.

We were the only car in drive through and had to wait 15-20min for all our food. Frosty’s were completely liquidated and wrong, they almost forgot the 3 frosty all together until we had to remind them before trying to quickly leave us. I would have done the feedback survey if they gave us the receipt.

Went through the drive thru tonight 11/13 and the card machine went down right after our order and Tony and his crew took care of our order. Great customer service and all around great team. Tony you’re the best!

Had a $6 dollar bag. Nuggets were hard, fries tastes horrible like they was reheated. And hamburger double stack was dry and barely any condiments.

When I pulled up to the drive thru window the first thing I heard was a message asking for a donation. You got to be kidding me. I came there to order food, not to be harassed and panhandled. No more Wendy's for me.

Do not eat here! Saw an employee drop a bun and the manager told them to not throw it away and still give it to the customer! DISGUSTING!! Honestly beyond shameful. Be better
