I normally stop in around the noonish. I do the mobile pick up through the Wendy's app. The food is always hot and fresh. One of the employees behind the counter is always super friendly. She's shorter with dark hair. She's never been in a sour mood.
I wish Wendy's had better coupons. I'd eat there more if I had better coupons. This summer Wendy was killing it with the coupons. Now, it is the same few coupons every time I check the app.

Very good place and yummy fresh food. The only thing charging .50 cents for a swirl of chocolate in my strawberry swirl... love it but barley put and chocolate syrup in it definitely not 50 cent worthy and I already jumped back on highway to have it corrected. She was so nice and polite though.

The new buns , lettuce & sauce are absolutely disgusting . We want the sweet and sour and ghost pepper back 🤮

This location is quick, be at the drive-thru or counter inside. The workers do well to keep the place clean, dining room and bathroom included. The manager keeps the place well organized and efficient. Michaela is very nice and welcoming. Also Jessica the sandwich maker is one of the best they've ever had in all of my time and experience with this location and I have seen her go above and beyond to make sure her orders are fresh, and even will clean the parking lot without being asked or obligated in her job expectations. Likely knowing the importance of a clean appearance as the first impression patrons get is a clean parking lot, So they can expect a clean kitchen area as well. Overall this is the best location around, and I will pass another Wendy's to give my business to this one.

Why do you put untrained people at the cashier position? They are supposed to be your first and last line of defense for Customer Service ... not there to piss off your customers.
If you have a new cashier then have an experienced expeditor at the end to swiftly and accurately compile and bag the food.
And tell your employees to pull their damn pants up while at work. Man in at least his mid 2o's sweeping the floors with his pants down past his butt. I dont want to see his red underweared butt while waiting to get my food.
Have some common sense and courtesy for customers, service, and the establishment.

Before I even spoke to a person the drive thru system asked me for a donation Then I was overcharged for a spicy chicken patty because they rang it up as a sandwich which means I paid extra for a bun and toppings I did not want and still did not get
When I asked for sauce with my nuggets the cashier pushed back saying sauce costs extra I had to remind them nuggets are supposed to come with sauce and that after spending 42 dollars on my order I was not going to argue about something that should have been included in the first place
The drinks were just as bad the tea was completely undrinkable and my lemonade came with ice even though I asked for no ice because their ice machines are gross To top it all off they did not even give me a straw
The sandwich I did receive was made incorrectly with toppings I did not want Between the donation prompt the overcharging the pushback over sauce the gross tea the messed up sandwich and no straw this visit was a disaster from start to finish I did not bother calling to complain because I will not be doing business here again

It would be nice be able to get a baconator fry and the bacon bee, one crispy and actually get the bacon that you're supposed to get cause every time I get a baconator fry, it's either not crispy or I get literally 1 piece of bacon ripped in half, to make it look. Like it was 2 definitely supposed to have more bacon than one piece of bacon, but yet never do. I get more than one piece. Don't get a bacon ator fry from here. Because you will get ripped off. Every time I have not once had a good one okay, every time there's something wrong with it, don't get it. That's a waste of money. I didn't pay $4 for 1 piece of bacon and some cheese on some fries. I was paying $4 for bacon, with some fries, and cheese never is it. How it's supposed to be advertised?Or anywhere close to it
