It would be nice be able to get a baconator fry and the bacon bee, one crispy and actually get the bacon that you're supposed to get cause every time I get a baconator fry, it's either not crispy or I get literally 1 piece of bacon ripped in half, to make it look. Like it was 2 definitely supposed to have more bacon than one piece of bacon, but yet never do. I get more than one piece. Don't get a bacon ator fry from here. Because you will get ripped off. Every time I have not once had a good one okay, every time there's something wrong with it, don't get it. That's a waste of money. I didn't pay $4 for 1 piece of bacon and some cheese on some fries. I was paying $4 for bacon, with some fries, and cheese never is it. How it's supposed to be advertised?Or anywhere close to it

My son and I went to this location and wanted to order the 10 piece saucy nuggs. We had to correct the cashier about 15 times because she didn't understand where it was on the monitor. I needed to scan a QR code and the cashier did it incorrectly, but blamed it on the scanner. She argued with us as well. We had a sandwich that was sitting in the warmer and they never told us it was ready.
The cashier needed better training and customer service skills.

I went to drive thru behind 9 other vehicles. Waited about 5 minutes with zero line movement. Decided to go to McDonald's across the street and was greeted with no upset waiting to order people, and Mickie Ds did not fail me. Thank you McDonalds!

Normally I have good food from Wendy's but this morning I ordered a bacon burrito meal got the potatoes got the drink the burrito was all tore up and it didn't have any bacon in it at all I don't know if I might be going back for a while it was an expensive meal
Mr. Raymond in the drive thru was very hospitable and very kind he is the definition of customer service and he put me onto the strawberry vanilla frosty !!!

If you ask for anything more such as sauce, crackers, sour cream, etc…. They will never care enough to supply it in the bag. Something SO easy to see on the ticket yet they don’t have the energy to look. Bare minimum.
