Really need to learn how to balance mobile orders with walk in orders. They completely push off all mobile orders for walk in orders even though the entire point of a mobile order is supposed to be skipping the wait. I’ve even had an employee say to me “sorry you ordered and then we had a few people walk in”
Better store than the other local surrounding dunkins.
