“We had Bluegrass Meats and Catering for the first time at our kids (Signarama Elizabethtown)’s open house. The food was FANTASTIC!!! Everyone there raved about it. We were thrilled to hear we were having their smoked turkey for Thanksgiving. Again, the family went on and on about how good it was. They loved the flavor and the moistness. My son in laws father said at least 10 times that it was the best turkey he’d ever eaten and everyone agreed. I highly recommend Bluegrass Meats and Catering for your next event or holiday.”

“We have lived on Fort Knox for almost three years and have attended multiple events at Saber & Quill. Their brunches are amazing and the kids eat everything, our oldest son even gets full! They take their time and put so much effort into making each brunch and the event special for all who attend. We just had Brunch with Santa and it was above and beyond any of our expectations. The kids received gifts, Santa was set up for pictures, and even walked around making all it that much more magical. Thank you to everyone who put the event together and making it a core memory for all our kiddos.”

“At first, I was a little hesitant to go in because of the reviews, but I am so glad I went in and gave it a try! I really enjoyed the garlic chicken -- the sauce was great. I noticed that people complained about the sauces being thin, but I would much rather have a thin sauce that's flavorful than a thick, goopy sauce.

The service was great! The atmosphere is calming and cute.

I am so happy I found a new local place to support on base. This is a perfect option for when you are hungry and just want to relax on the couch and watch Netflix.”

“These were so good & they weren't too high as far as price. They make it all right in front of you. There was a line when we went but it was also lunch time too so we expected it. But these were def some of the best ones we have ate locally & will def be back. Love the artwork on the take out boxes & paper that goes under ur food, it's pretty cool.

Parking: There's plenty of parking bc the parking lot in front of the building this is in is quite big & I've never seen it full or even close to full & we have been when there's been plenty of people there.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp & automatic doors for all entrances that we have found so that's always a plus.”

“I really enjoy this dfac. Sadly, the main dishes aren't always great. The food is either undercooked or overcooked. But you can't beat the fruits and salad bar. The selection is usually very fresh. Also, the staff is really great. They always seem to have a positive attitude and are very friendly. If the food was cooked well, this would be one of the best dining facilities I've been to.

“I like Patriot Commons. The have three separate choices for your meal. There is a salad bar, a burger bar and a Chinese Cafe. The food is prepped fresh every day. The personnel are helpful and make you feel welcome. The facilities are open with windows and space between seating to provide ambiant light and privacy.

Wheelchair accessibility: This facility is on a government installation. By law they have to provide handicap access.”

“Food was great. Ingredients were fresh. Portions were plentiful for the price of the bowl. This will be my new go to as there aren’t any Chipotles around. I’ve eaten here twice.”

“Great lunch options! Hot bar had steak, chicken, and fish options. Salad bar is very good with hummus! Blackberries, strawberries, blueberries for fresh fruit. Price is around $7.20 as of Jun 2025 which cannot be beat! Better currently than the Ft Eustis DEFAC for comparison.”

“It's a defac that has great coffee and salad bar. It's better than sprocket and the air conditioner works. Furthermore the meals are good. I don't agree with some of the green yellow and red food cards but that's not important”

“...tasting to me so don't pay attention to the fake outrage people! A foot long tuna on wheat with lettuce, tomatos, onions and dash of pepper is spot on for a quick power lunch. Service can be slow with all the weirdos ordering their bougie sandwiches with extra cheese, oil & vinegar or toasted so be aware!”

“I regularly eat get my lunch from here. They are usually pretty good about getting your remote orders ready quickly. It's typically done before I even get there. The staff is friendly and will make sure things are correct with your order.”

“The food was great! The employees were so polite and friendly. Even though I asked for no tomatoes on my order, but I just took them off. no big deal!! The Cinnabon delights were FIRE!!!!!! Would come again. I LOVE YOU TACO BELL”

Also like the dirty rice & cinnamon apple pies.Service during 2 visits good/unsatisfactory: 1st time staff very friendly/helpful & patient; 2nd time staff unattentative. Stood there 5 minutes waiting to order while staff stood off to side talking/laughing among selves. 1 looked straight at me then turned & continued to talk to peer.Asked about an item listed that after doing so learned they no longer carried it. Staff was kinda "short/snippy" with me when explaining why they didn't have item in question (did not ask her to explsin). Overlooked it because I figured she was just having a bad day as I'm sure everyone has had @ 1 time or another. These visits occurred 6+ months ago. Have not been back.”

“I love Starbucks coffee. We went there yesterday so the kids could play in their small Park area. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is their restrooms were "out of order". That might not be a 'biggie' normally, but with small children and grandmas it is.”

“This Dunkin’s location has done some changes for the better. The new staff is friendly and helpful. I get the $6 meal deal (sandwich, hash browns and coffee)”
