Was awesome to see a coffee shop go in this space. Unfortunately, they cannot handle the volume. Parking lot is tiny. Staff can’t ever seem to get orders processed, so line backs up. Placing a mobile order doesn’t do any good: half hour isn’t enough lead time, and you risk getting trapped in the parking lot or needing to park across the street. Such a shame.
Ive been going to this dunkin every single day almost for a solid 2 years. Since moving here. Over the last few weeks Ive come across and employee there who is just rude. Like extremely rude. Idk if morning just make her nasty or what...but

The staff person who took of order was one of the friendliest I've ever encountered.
