I finally tried it and the young lady making my food was so rude then proceeded to drop my bowl on the counter then the young man beside her maybe a manager she deferred to him in the drop whereas he then scooped it back into the container right off the counter and handed it to me needless to say I guess I'm back to Chipotle
Waaaay better than Chipotle. Bigger portions, just about on par or maybe a little cheaper give and take than Chipotle as well, and it just tastes more fresh, especially the tortillas, they're actually soft and warm here unlike chipotle who for some reason gives you the stalest tortilla known to man. Every time we come to Hot Head we are pleased. There’s never been skimpy portions, never bad customer service, and they are always happy to see us. My husband and I come here weekly. We tried the Chipotle right next to here last week (I like their rice better) and we sorely disappointed! Skimpy proportions and the team seemed to not care to be there.
