Not sure how many of my FB friends patron Capital Cellars in Frankfort. The owner said that “she gets a baby sitter when she goes out so she does not have to see children in a restaurant!!!” She tells this to my daughter her husband about my grandson! Who then felt like they had to leave her restaurant!!! They have been going to this place for over five months and everybody knows Them and my grandson by name!!!
