My favorite is the chocolate banana pudding shake. I have hypoglycemia and it keeps my blood sugar level and I'm not hungry for 4 hours. I also have IBS so these shakes are great since they are not made with milk.

Great my son loves the smoothies , the lady who works there always makes them perfect others for sim reason always add something that doesn’t taste right I don’t drink them my son says he tastes the difference I’m not sure what’s different
