Wendy’s night shift is horrible, i waited in line for 5 mins then got to the speaker to place my order and then proceeded to wait 15 mins with no response. The line finally moved only to stop again where i then waited another 5 mins and ended up saying screw it and went to McDonalds down the road. At least they were McLoving to serve me food and take my money!
Entering this Wendy’s should come with a handwritten apology note, especially if you give your hard earned money for such an abysmal service. The wait times are bad, the food is acceptable at best (and that’s generous), and the cleanliness definitely leaves a lot to be desired. Overlooking the traumatic experience for any and all customers that have the misfortune of stepping into this building, the real catastrophe stems from management. Every time I come here they always get something wrong or forget to put an item in my bag and I mean every single time then tonight I just waited 10 mins for my food to not even be fresh ??? And the manger complaining about his time clock just pulling everybody up but can’t even get peoples orders right. I worked at Wendy’s before nothing on there takes 10 mins to cook but to give me food that’s not fresh with only me in line is crazy do better !!!
