Really cool location right on the river. This restaurant is in a converted house that is very nicely decorated. When I came with my sister, there was one lady who was handling waiting for all the tables as well as bringing food out as well as making drinks. Despite everything on her plate, she did a good job with Service and had a good attitude. I ordered the beef salad and the burger, both of which were delicious. Would definitely come back again.

A beautiful building that has been thoughtfully decorated for a nice dining experience. I had the salmon which was the diner special and it was absolutely amazing. It’s a good idea to make reservations. If you’re looking for a fancy setting I’d sit inside, and a more casual vibe I would suggest outdoor seating.

A lovely surprise pick off the map dinner for us! We were pleasantly impressed with the dinner at limewater. The drinks and food were well executed. The food was delicious and thoughtful. It is well worth having dinner here after a visit to Buffalo Trace.

I highly recommend the shrimp and the halibut fish it’s amazing never had better food, especially that shrimp. It is awesome, and the staff is very pleasant and courteous if you are ever in the area of Frankfort Kentucky I recommend that you try Lime Water Restaurant I promise you you will not be disappointed.

Went for happy hour and stayed for dinner. Had he limewater cocktail,fritters, pork belly, beets with goat cheese, beef Wellington and chocolate raspberry cheesecake for dessert . Portions were generous. We split food four ways and left pleasantly full. The carrot purée with the beef Wellington was to die for! Definitely would return!

This was a great dining experience from start to finish. I made reservations for 7 on a Friday night. The atmosphere is relaxed but nice. Corn fritters were great. My pork schnitzel was very good even though I thought it needed a bit more seasoning. The winner of the night was my husband’s halibut. It was outstanding and a pleasant surprise. I don’t usually order and fish from a landlocked state but this was outstanding. We will be back. Thanks so much for a great evening
