.pizza is always hot..... wasn't a fan of not being able to walk into lobby knowing I was going to have to wait for a specific pizza.... but I do understand they were short handed so ill give a pass this time

U think I would have learned my lesson by how awful the service was before. But this time was definitely my last, not only did I wait an extra 30 minutes to receive my order after it was ready and they were suppose to bring it out but I had to call twice after I got there. Ordering online did not help that day. And my pizza definitely tasted like they had been sitting over 30 minutes, and two were burnt. Never again!

The girl at the counter only rang another customer out for 6 pizzas and the gentleman asked for 8. The poor cashier was so flustered that she told the gentleman that she had to return all 6 pizzas in the system before she could ring him out for the 8????? Why not just ring him out for two more pizzas. Anyways this place is trash. Service time is always slow and they hardly ever get an order right.

It seemed like they were rushing me through my order and at window I had to remind them about the cheese cups and crazy bread and she clicked her tongue and did a pretty good eye roll.

Placed phone order at 5:58 today. Was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. Showed up about 15 minutes later. My order was not ready and they had the front door locked. Waited until 6:45 and knocked in the door and was let in to find out my order had been ready for a while. The order was not taken correctly and the employee just said that was what was entered. No apologies no one seems to care that works there. I took the wrong order and told them they need to do better. With all that said little caesars has the best pizza in town when made correctly, promptly and with courteous service. I am a long tome customer and hope that the owners can find someone to properly run the frankfort location.Sincerely,Chet b

I put in my mobile order at 6:47PM and arrived at 7:10 to be told that the store inside isn't open and it's drive-thru only. Went through the drive-thru, told them I had a mobile order and it had only gone in when I'd pulled up. May as well not even use the mobile app when you still have to wait an extra 30 minutes. Staff can't seem to do their job and are always unhelpful when it comes to orders. May as well drive to Versailles, you'll save time.

The last 3 days we have attempted to get pizza for my family. Each time they were turning customers completely away by saying it would be a 1 hour wait for pizza. I called back and asked why and they said none of the food has been prepped. Little Caesar’s, you are not doing your job, turning down customers, and therefore turning down money. That’s how restaurants end up shutting down and closing permanently. Stop hiring lazy teenagers and get it together! A 1 hour wait for a pizza that takes 10-15 mins to cook is ridiculous! There is no excuse for your prep not to be prepared!
The girl working the drive through tonight around 9:45pm was super rude. I was placing my order at the drive through speaker and she told me she would have to edit my order at the window? So she didn't even enter my whole order in the computer, then I had to wait 10 minutes behind two other cars that weren't moving. Why does it take 45 minutes average to get a hot and ready pizza from here. It's not like it's being delivered.

When I went, this place was absolutely packed. Inside and out, absolutely slammed. But even though it was busy, the staff was still pleasant and friendly. The pizza was about what I expected, but the service was exceptional.
