I’ve ordered from here multiple times and never had a problem but tonight I waited ( and am still waiting) over an hour for the pizza (singular) and cheese bread (also singular) I ordered. It was delivered through DoorDash which means they are keeping the door dasher from taking other orders. This is totally unacceptable.

ordered 7 pizzas for my sales team and papa johns couldn't give me a receipt unless i drove to the store, not even willing to email me a receipt for reimbursement. I'll spend my $130+ elsewhere moving forward.

Pricey, unless you pick up or find a discount code online. Always search for and try 3-4 coupons. Although Papa John's is one pizza place that usually gets things right, this particular location tends to miss things in your order. Very specifically if you order dips and/or extra pepperocinis. Easily avoidable by checking pickups before leaving.

The pizza is still pretty good but who is delivering these days? The last drivers looked like they just bailed out of a sweaty backyard BBQ, no professionalism whatsoever and no signage on their hoopty of a vehicle. They left the order on the porch and didn't bother ringing the doorbell. Sped off like the law was coming. Guess their tip mattered as much as their appearance. Think I'll get it myself from now on.

The quality of the pizza goes up and, more often, down according to whoever is there. There appears to be different crews working from time to time, and quality consistency does not exist. Sometimes you pay for a pizza, others you pay too much for a piece of tough bread.
