They never answer the phone. Our office tries to call occasionally for lunch orders (8 people). They never answer. I’ve tried calling in the afternoons as well and they don’t answer. So every time, we end up calling jersey mikes and getting our food. I don’t know why answering the phone and taking orders isn’t a priority but you’re losing business.
How is this Penn station out of products weeks at a time?! They’ve been out of turkey for over a week. Seriously. How?
