I used to love pizza hut until now...1st time at this location and the pizza was terrible had almost no cheese on it for a supreme...I will not be back...and read other reviews not the only one complaining...

Pizza was wrong and when it was delivered it was cold. Called the “502” number thinking it would be the store and it was the call center. After going in circles and talking to five different people they hung up on me. Worst pizza ever

Ordered 40 bucks worth driver got mad about a tip and doubled the amount tried to scam out of 80 dollars when my account went into the negative I called the store and all they could offer me was a free pizza thankfully my bank fixed it but also their food is not cooked right it made us all sick

I recently moved to Frankfort. Twice I have given this location a chance. Both time I placed my order through the app and it NEVER shows up. When I tried calling I get some call center, which doesn’t make any sense so they try to transfer me and they never answer.

I have ordered twice in the last month. I used to love Pizza Hut but as of last night never again! The first time they left out 1/2 of my order & I could only get call center when I called. I tried repeatedly to get the local store by calling their number & only the call center. They took my number 4 times & assured me the store Mgr would call. Nope. I called the next day & was told there was nothing they could do because it was the next day. I tried last night 1 last time. This time nothing was right. Both pizzas were made wrong & way undercooked. 2 hours of calling no help. This time they transferred me to the store finally & 2 times once I told them my issue thry hung up on me. I waited & called today & was told to bring the pizzas in & if they were wrong & undercooked I'd get a partial refund!!! WTH. Never again.

pizza hut has good cood juzt a bit pricey and it has the same taste so very consistent this store the staff here are awesome and friendly
Ordered deliver two hours before closing, said it would take an hour to make and deliver my pizza, when my pizza was 30 minutes late, tried to call and they didn’t answer. They never tried to contact me. Had to cancel through Apple Pay. Unless you are going to carry out don’t order here, it’s a waste of time and you’ll go hungry and disappointed.

This place is the worst place that I have ever ate I used to love Pizza Hut I went there one night and did they online order and somehow my crust was messed up from online and didn't have the right toppings on it and I called and said something about it and was told I had a credit I called and said something about it and was told I had a credit but I did not have a credit and only got 25% taken off I get home and the pizza was disgusting so thinking that it would get remade or something I call back and had to drive all the way back up there just to get my money back and still didn't get dinner need to be better customer service there

Call center is useless, especially when trying to report being delivered to wrong order. Had to drive to the store where they wouldn’t fix the order. I did get a refund and went to a local pizzeria, which informed me they also deliver. Good riddance Pizza Hut and your call center bs.

After ordering 161.00 worth of food, with a 20 tip, they didn’t bring the whole order. When I called alit it was accused of lying, and they would not deliver the replacement food, I had to go and pick it up.
