Call center is useless, especially when trying to report being delivered to wrong order. Had to drive to the store where they wouldn’t fix the order. I did get a refund and went to a local pizzeria, which informed me they also deliver. Good riddance Pizza Hut and your call center bs.

After ordering 161.00 worth of food, with a 20 tip, they didn’t bring the whole order. When I called alit it was accused of lying, and they would not deliver the replacement food, I had to go and pick it up.

12-21-24 ordered a pizza deal to leave at door. Driver called said it was being delivered to door now. I was at the house waiting. I have a security cam that shows nothing being dropped off after status said order completed. I called the store and a sparky female answered and stated the driver thought he delivered it to the right place with a 73 on the door. If that's the case he went to the wrong town, because it never showed up. She said we'll the only thing I could do is remake it. I replied yes please do and she said, uh huh. And hung up. I should have read the previous reviews and ordered from pizza hut because this location apparently is going down hill. Still waiting on my recooked food... as I type this.

Horrible ordered a pizza 9/29 at 6 pm for 1 pizza and it shows up after a hour and 15 min cold as ice and thin crust was so hard it is the worst pizza I have ever seen looks like it was cooked at noon recommend Lil ceasers over this Horrible establishment and I refuse to eat there garbage also

3 stars for the atmosphere because it's burning up in that building and the employees need to be able to breathe. Employees were kind and helpful!
Parking: Parking is directly in front of the building, but the building is in a funky spot. Usually easy to get a spot since it's not dine-in.
Kid-friendliness: Multiple quarter machines, otherwise it's just a basic walk-in. No dine-in.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to get into the building, easy to roll up.

Tried to get two orders from there paid for one and the door dasher requested cash when I paid for it over the phone got refunded stopped by a hour before the shift ended and tried to get a simple bread sticks and they went to the back and had a guy holler up front they were out this place is ridiculous and shouldn’t be open or better yet get a new staff

If I could give below one star I would. I ordered pizza about a week ago and everything was fine. Looks good. I went to order today. I ordered the same exact wings came with no sauce. The Wings had no sauce. The pizza was burned, and the cinnamon rolls didn’t have any sauce as well. I tried to talk it out with Kaleb but he was intent on being rude. I then got a refund and requested to order the same exact thing. I put my money on the counter because i was holding my wallet and he looked at me and called the police. I will be contacting your higher ups. This is unacceptable i have been eating here for years.

I believe it was the manager that called us tonight to inform us he was unable to complete our order. He said they had just run out of Alfredo sauce. We ordered late at night and under stand how his could happen. He went above and beyond to make our order right. Even gave us a delicious cookie to share on the house ( which he didn't have to do). Love the communication, and professionalisem. First time ordering from them since we moved here and you probably gained a lifer lol.q
