Went here for chicken strips. While I got a 5 piece I had 4 pieces of chicken. I wanted no slaw extra toast, got coleslaw and no toast. Not only coleslaw but it was ALL OVER the box and bag. They even repeated my order back to me twice. Ridiculous.

The boneless wing were cold and tasted like they were yesterdays leftovers.. chewy dry and cold... Zaxby's has raised their prices and downsized servings noticeably.. the 10 pc boneless wings probably weighed 4 ounces .. mostly breading and tiny.. the amount of salt they have on their breading is overwhelming now because there's no chicken.. the quality of their chicken fingers has suffered the same shortcomings and have gone up in price so much they are way toooo expensive... So we are done with Zaxby's for good..

Delicious food!!! Great staff!!! I was chatting in the lobby with some friends, and the kind gentleman (didn't see his name without mely glasses, so sorry) brought me my to go order to the table. Now that's great service.The only thing that made me put a 4 ⭐, (and I wish there was a 4.7), was1) the app never works (not this store's fault, btw), corporate issue2) the prices have gone way up, and you can never find coupons

my family walked in, listened to two employees cuss in front of my kid about having to be there to work."i have been here since 9 am i just want to beeping go home"..sighed and groaned that we were standing in front of her..then dropped cups on the ground and picked them up and put them on counter to be used ...we just walked out...we drove 45 minutes to eat there...NEVER AGAIN. This was around 8:30-8:40 pm 12/23/23 check your cameras
Don't listen to the yelp reviews, they are old. Ordered wings n things for dinner thru the drive thru. Window cashier was very friendly. Food was exactly as ordered and hot when I got home.

Drink machine sprayed HI-C orange syrup horizontally from the dispenser all over front of my work uniform while on lunch. Employees offered nothing in assistance other than visually inspecting the machine and the manager advised he could do nothing about it and returned to his office. A sad sentiment of customer service but an accurate reflection of the generation.
