Dog Friendly Restaurants Franklin

“We came to visit Bowling Green for a road race my wife’s first time in Kentucky and we wanted to have some Kentucky bourbon, we came to Dueling Grounds and it was a fantastic experience. We were greeted warmly and welcomed, our host/bartender I believe his name was Zach was very helpful explaining what gets made there and how… and explained the cocktails. My wife and I and our dog Myles made friends with a group of folks who go there every week and they were very friendly also. We got some great tasty cocktails, ordered a pizza, a pretzel and celebrated the race with some desserts. The pizza was good, the cheesecake with hot honey was delicious and the ice cream was very good. Again hospitality was great and dog friendly was such a positive.“

“Went to Cafe on Main for the first time yesterday and had the absolute best experience. Siera was phenomenal, knowledgeable, and made sure we knew all the options available to choose from. I wish I had taken pictures of the food, but I inhaled it before I thought about it. Started out with the fried pickles and they were crispy and flavorful. I had the Philly cheese steak with pepper jack cheese and tater tots. The beef was tender and juicy and the bun was soft and warm. You could tell they make everything fresh to order and care about their customers. Listening to Siera talk to other customers that frequent the establishment often was refreshing as she asked about things going on in their lives and asked about kids and grandkids. I will absolutely be making it a stop everytime I’m in town!!“
