“I visit often! I always use the mobile app to place my orders, however today when I tried to place my order, it wasn’t going through, but it charged my card both times I tried. I went to the store, explained what happened, and the manager was so helpful. She took down my info, had my order made, and assured me the extra charge would be resolved. It’s been a long time since I received customer service as good as hers!“

“We visited on 8:8/26, which apparently was designated as National Whataburger Day. We were treated so well! We were greeted by chalk drawings on the sidewalk by the door and there were balloons in the dining room. As soon as we entered we were greeted by “Welcome to Whataburger!” One of the young ladies explained it was the chain’s 76th birthday and we told her that we came from out of state. She gave us a couple of Whataburger beaded necklaces and table tents which made our day. Thank you so much! It was a wonderful experience!“

“Solid spot. I wish I could drink here more because that means I can eat a pulled pork sandwich too. Always nice to get out of nash and enjoy some unpretentious- actually-good-af-bbq. I don't even eat bbq in town anymore because it's a joke. lovell's all the damn way“

“Absolutely love the food here and the staff is so nice. But lately we haven’t been able to go in and eat there. It’s so ridiculously hot inside. Everyone is sweating. I feel so bad for the staff including the ones in the kitchen. We tried again tonight with a group of 10 and had to leave early. It was over 80 degrees in the restaurant. Hungry and hot children are not a good combination. The staff was so helpful and packed up our food for us before it even made it to our table. Will not be able to come back and enjoy the atmosphere until the ac is working.“
