“What a gem in East Nashville. Brooklyn famous pizza mixed with great cocktail inventions. The bread and burrata were fantastic as well. The Milk Punch was pre batched and delicious.

The main hotel bar is cozy with great decorating for each room. Outside there’s a large patio as well as an indoor back area as well.

Outside- You order at the booth or at the bar and take your buzzer with for food and go back to pick it up. Finding a table to sit can be a challenge.“

“I have been coming to crieve hall for a few years. The food quality is great. I hope that they get more comfortable having two locations. The customer service is usually great but yesterday there was an instance where I ordered the orange dream doppio and had asked if they could make it hot and even mentioned knowing it had cold foam and some places didn’t like putting that on hot drinks. Well instead of asking enough questions, I got served a plain hot doppio and when I asked if it had cold foam the barista lied to my face and said yes. Then I mentioned that I’m a barista and I know what a doppio looks like and at that point he admitted there was no cold foam. Right before that, I heard another family say that their to go order drinks were made incorrectly too but they chose not to say something. Then my bagel didn’t have the proper ingredients either.“

“If we a A Lost Paddy in our area I would go there. This was a fun place to eat. Vanessa was helpful with our orders, and quite a charactern So friendly. She floated when she walked. So good at her job. Yes, you order from the bar. Who cares? Tuesday night we had entertainment. They were good. They said there would be entertainment thd next night also, though we didn't see any. We may have been early. The food wss great. Huge portions of tasty, fresh food.“

The waiter brought out the wrong dish for my husband, but as soon as we brought it to their attention it was quickly corrected. Just be aware that the chili flake topping is an extra $1 & they also charge for the pickles on top of the curry bowl as well, which we thought was interesting because it was never mentioned beforehand. “We really loved Southern Grist when we first found it. Great craft beers and a great food menu, but as of late, the food menu disappoints. Anyone can do burgers and beers. Bring back the chicken sandwich, bao buns and vinegar potatoes. Your menu made you unique now you’re just like everyone else.“

“Such yummy, delicious, and satisfying food. Very fast and large portions. Gluten free options but please PLEASE fix your menu. The ponzu and crab mix are labeled GF on the menu but are NOT GF. There is also a review floating around including a response about their gyoza being GF but they are not either. It would be helpful to have a way to order the poke without marinade so I could order ahead on the site. Bring your own GF soy sauce. I can't wait to come back here. A real treat!“

“First: I’m extremely picky about my lattes. I am sensitive to overcooked (burnt taste) beans and undercooked (sour taste) beans. I have gone here repeatedly for iced lattes and they have always provided the perfect texture and balance. They are by far (and I don’t say this lightly) providing the BEST espresso in Nashville. Second: What truly makes this cafe great is that it’s the only cafe in town that makes you feel like you’re wanted. All of these cafes built in the last 20 years are hard, cold and sterile. If you’re younger than 40, you probably don’t even remember that cafes used to be warm, social, inviting and a home for many people. New cafes are so uninviting and I feel it’s done on purpose to get you to leave so more customers come in. But the Daily Grind? It’s homey, has couches, the walls are filled with all sorts of crafty love and plants and there’s a poster on the front that lets you know this is a SAFE space for all. It’s reminiscent of the old days when you had warm social spaces where you could spend hours every day with friends playing games, drawing, talking and no one glued to their phones. I hope this cafe gets to expand and provide even more of this nostalgic homey feel and bring that needed community experience back to Nashville. Third: GREAT food and customer service on top of all of the above“

The sticky rice was amazing , the miso soup was SO good. Got sushi too & didn't get a chance to eat it but excited for it today. Also, appreciate their side options. My kiddo wouldn't eat a full meal but the side option allowed us to get her something she actually would. 10/10 will eat again when in the area! Also appreciated the to go option & the wait time wasn't bad.“

“My dad and I visited from out of town. I had looked up celiac friendly restaurants (aka gluten free). Let me tell you this place did not disappoint. Truly the best gluten free pizza I have ever had! When you get extra of a topping they dont skimp on it like most. MK was our waitress and we loved her. She was so kind. She took my celiac seriously and made sure I was taken care of. The manager was friendly. Truly LOVED this. It will be my new spot when i move here!“
