What can I say to express my satisfaction. 5 stars is not enough. I don’t live around here, and while in town, came for a small morning snack. I don’t like cream cheese unless it’s on a plain bagel (not toasted) and it can only be Philadelphia brand. Weird, I know, but that’s just how it is for me.
They make their cream cheese in house so I thought I’d give it a try.

CHBC is next door to my office. I try not to eat a lot of bread, but it's hard to resist those sourdough bagels. My favorite is the bacon, egg, and cheese on a cinnamon bagel. The mix of slightly sweet with classic savory is just perfect.
Fresh, flavorful, and delicious bagels! Great coffee, fast service, and a welcoming neighborhood feel. 10/10 recommend stopping by!
