All of these big pizza stores could make themselves the best with 2 things. Longer cook and salt.
Ingredients are bland and crust is doughy. Corporate problem. Pizza not cut properly. Worker problem. Not sure if cook and salt can be adjusted by manager but def cut the pizza. Going back to Domino's for now.

Didn't want to even put a star! Walked in wanting to dine in took 5 minutes for girl to come help us and instead of seating us and bringing menus she handed us a to go menu, did not seat us and just walked off. That is the crappiest service and acted like she didn't want to be there let alone have anyone eat in. Do not go to thos one. Service flat out sucks!

I placed an order at 10:45. It said my order would be ready at 11:00. I get there to pick up my order and the employee tells me that it's not ready and I said I ordered it 15 minutes ago and where I ordered it at is telling me that it's ready. He said well it's not. Would you like an uncooked pizza? I said no. I'll wait ! I told him they need to get the online fixed to where it's accurate on the time of when the food is done! He finished the food and bagged. It brought up there sitting on the counter and walked off. Never said thank you or anything!

This location is top notch! I love the service that we get here. The new renovations are lovely. Sierra is the greatest! She has always taken care of me and my family. If there is ever an issue they handle things with professionalism and kindness. 5 stars!

Picked up for corporate lunch takeout. The order was on time. (Actually, I was early and they completed it a couple of minutes early.) Even though the store front was just opening for the day, she opened up the doors early for me to wait inside. The ‘to go’ supplies were full, so I was able to collect the needed items while I waited. Perfect for quick in and out. I drove 5 miles and I was able to walk in with three steaming hit pizzas. 🏆!

We live in Portland and have eaten from this pizza Hut several times cuz it's worth the drive thx for always being awesome !! 😎
Clearly understaffed, and the communication between what staff there are is broken. I waited over half an hour inside for pickup after already waiting about that prior.
Then after the constant yelling and repeating because no one in the back listens or can hear over all the kitchen equipment, and having everyone's orders seemingly messed up or missing, mine was too.
I was offered by them to remake it, but who in their right mind would wait another hour to, possibly, get what they actually ordered? They were also missing and waiting for a cook to arrive and didn't know where they were.
Both the sauce and toppings were wrong, and it was very greasy and soaked on the bottom. It was decent enough, warm, but I can't believe I didn't get any sort of money back for getting only part of what I ordered at full price.
Their flipping back and forth between stressed repeated yells and laughing things off came off as total lack of coordination, not a functional establishment for any kind of important orders, like a birthday night was in my case. Very disappointing. I used to go here all the time and it was good back then.

Had to call to have the doors opened after 11am. Waited about 15min up front for someone to come up front to wait on us. Finally peeked my head thru the galley to get someone’s attention, was immediately scolded for being back there. Very rude lady!!

2nd time ordering from this unit after the one in Portland shut down. Ordered carry-out and the timing was perfect as I walked to the counter the pizza was being cut. Got home and the pizza was perfect , good job pizza hut I will go outta my way for pizza hut pizza.
