This location is top notch! I love the service that we get here. The new renovations are lovely. Sierra is the greatest! She has always taken care of me and my family. If there is ever an issue they handle things with professionalism and kindness. 5 stars!

Picked up for corporate lunch takeout. The order was on time. (Actually, I was early and they completed it a couple of minutes early.) Even though the store front was just opening for the day, she opened up the doors early for me to wait inside. The ‘to go’ supplies were full, so I was able to collect the needed items while I waited. Perfect for quick in and out. I drove 5 miles and I was able to walk in with three steaming hit pizzas. 🏆!

Clearly understaffed, and the communication between what staff there are is broken. I waited over half an hour inside for pickup after already waiting about that prior.
Then after the constant yelling and repeating because no one in the back listens or can hear over all the kitchen equipment, and having everyone's orders seemingly messed up or missing, mine was too.
I was offered by them to remake it, but who in their right mind would wait another hour to, possibly, get what they actually ordered? They were also missing and waiting for a cook to arrive and didn't know where they were.
Both the sauce and toppings were wrong, and it was very greasy and soaked on the bottom. It was decent enough, warm, but I can't believe I didn't get any sort of money back for getting only part of what I ordered at full price.
Their flipping back and forth between stressed repeated yells and laughing things off came off as total lack of coordination, not a functional establishment for any kind of important orders, like a birthday night was in my case. Very disappointing. I used to go here all the time and it was good back then.

2nd time ordering from this unit after the one in Portland shut down. Ordered carry-out and the timing was perfect as I walked to the counter the pizza was being cut. Got home and the pizza was perfect , good job pizza hut I will go outta my way for pizza hut pizza.
If you plan on working here and you have experience working in other pizza places I'd go against it. Unless you know how to make pasta and melts then go for it. If you don't know how to do any of that I would be very cautious because they don't show you how to do anything unless you're new and this is your first pizza job

Old and run down stopped here on vacation was poor service and building needs updates or to be shut down. Waited over an hour for cardboard. Glad my kids weren't with me staff don't watch language. Hopefully there's no mold in kitchen like the dinning room and restroom. Would not recommend to anyone on vacation.

The food is decent for Pizza Hut. The service slow, even for call in orders. There is no buffet anymore, and very few people dine in. It's almost spooky, especially with the lone TV cutting out, probably due to low bandwidth.
