If you plan on working here and you have experience working in other pizza places I'd go against it. Unless you know how to make pasta and melts then go for it. If you don't know how to do any of that I would be very cautious because they don't show you how to do anything unless you're new and this is your first pizza job

Old and run down stopped here on vacation was poor service and building needs updates or to be shut down. Waited over an hour for cardboard. Glad my kids weren't with me staff don't watch language. Hopefully there's no mold in kitchen like the dinning room and restroom. Would not recommend to anyone on vacation.

The food is decent for Pizza Hut. The service slow, even for call in orders. There is no buffet anymore, and very few people dine in. It's almost spooky, especially with the lone TV cutting out, probably due to low bandwidth.

Order the pizza and wings. We came to $25. Giver, take, then I got a message from doordash. Send have my $52 ready. Then when doordash showed up. He wanted $72 and when I called the manager. She said she told me she had to go through doordash.She did not. I would have just ordered through doordash and got real food. Not Pizza Hut, shame on them. Managers liar.

Very disrespectful woman in there today went to go get my food. I had a credit on my account and she started acting a fool. No respect if I knew her name I'd post it the place stink and very nasty. Don't recommend it to anybody

Placed a delivery order. After waiting an hour for the delivery, called and checked the status as the app said it still hadn't left the store. Worker was nice and apologized but said the pizza had been sitting for over 30 mins waiting on a driver to pick it up. Waited another 20 mins and got an updated delivery of another hour wait. That's waiting 2.5 hours for a delivery less than 3 miles from the delivery address to the store. Stuck at home with three kids and can't leave. Absolutely ridiculous. Called and canceled the order after ordering Domino's and it arriving within 30 minutes. Second worker I talked to didn't even apologize for the mishap or huge inconvenience. We've already shunned the Bowling Green pizza hut for these same shenanigans. Now Franklin is off the lost. If you don't have drivers, don't accept the orders. I'd rather be told up front there's no one to deliver or it could be an extended wait, that way I can just got elsewhere.

Would give zero stars if possible. Went here with my mom to dine and wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged when we walked in. Finally after waiting for 10 minutes at the podium to be seated and older lady walked out and rudely told us we could grab a menu and take a seat. This woman never came to the table to get our drink orders or to take our order. We ended up leaving after waiting for another 10 minutes for service. Wouldn’t recommend. Maybe for delivery or take out.
