If you're looking to get a feel for a proper small southern town BBQ place then there is none better than Wildfire BBQ. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by the aroma of BBQ pork and spices, not to mention the friendly staff. My personal favorite is the loaded baked potato. It's massive and topped with BBQ pork and your choice of onions, peppers, sauce, beans, and sour cream.

I was traveling with a friend back home from a forestry conference and stopped for some BBQ. I was not disappointed!The food (brisket) was certainly tasty and I really enjoyed the custom BBQ sauces.
