Ordered 2 Cantina Chicken Bowls. 1 tsp (see pics) black beans, 3 tiny bites of chicken, no cheese, no pico, a whole lot of rice and a dash of “I hate my job” is what we had for lunch today. I even commented to the server about how quick the food was ready in the drive thru. Guess now I know why. Honestly, probably not even the servers fault-more of a management problem. C’mon TB. We can do better.

Most of the time this store is very good. But this is just unacceptable to me. I don’t get my burrito, my quesadilla was smashed all the way to the bottom of it wrapper. Cheesy Gordita crunch had no lettuce like I asked for once but no sauce and little to no meat. Overall the rest of my order looked like it was thrown in the trash. Tried calling twice and no answer. Come on do better

It's simple it's taco Bell everyone loves tacobell until it kicks in later that night ..
i came to taco bell to get a late dinner after driving for 7.5 hours. the person taking the order seemed annoyed that i was there (2 hours before they close) but i can understand that because they could’ve also had a long day. my big issue comes into play with my food. i ordered a steak quesadilla with no sauce and when i got home to eat it, it was chicken. meal ruined. i understand that things happen but man, does it ever put the biggest damper on an already long day. :(
Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant but this location is kind of sad. The staff seem like there's no routine or order and that's not their fault. They tell us to pull up to the front and i wait for a good minute for a young gentlemen to come outside with a bag and seemed confused. he didn't even know what was in the bag and asked us what we ordered. And forgot my drink. This time around i ordered a nacho fry and a cantina chicken bowl. they were out of rice, the fries were filled barely halfway and this was what i received. it was all kind of cold too. :( from one GM to another, management really needs to get it together.

The food is okay, but the service is slow. You can tell the employees are just there for a paycheck.
The drive through people have NO personality at all and push the food ,my wife and I don't come here much because of that..... please teach them to be polite and smile,return customers are important.
Service was exceptional..the young lady there was doing the best that she could do, with breakdowns she still got orders out , kudos to her..
