Ordered a burger plain through the app, couldn’t remove all the toppings came out with a tomato on it asked for it to be remade, they replaced the bun saying it wasn’t ordered that way through the app even though the app doesn’t give you an option to remove it.

Terrible service. Put us at high top table. Bartender was server,eventually.i Finally got another drink arte i had mostly finished eating and she got a refill after like 15 minutes. They weren't even very busy. eat somewhere else.

Went during a UK game with the family and placed under a TV in the corner with a tv directly overhead. Turned it off due to my husband having a headache and the volume being so loud our waitress couldn’t hear our order. New waiter came on shift with a UK Jersey on and insisted on turning the TV back on so he could sit in the corner and watch the game even after being told of our preference and my husbands headache and definitely not doing his job or on a lunch break. Very rude and unprofessional-we will not be back as he was the only one watching the game in our section as there were no other customers.

I suppose this has been a long time coming. Apparently, this Applebee's location wants it fate to be like O'Charleys across the street. I placed my order around 7:00 PM. for takeout. Confirmation e-mail told me my food would be ready at 7:30 PM. It's currently 8:04 p.m., and I'm still sitting in one of the "Reserved For To GO Guests Only" lanes . Trust me, none of the team members will be right out. Not at this location, at least. There's also a car in front of me and two behind me waiting on their food also. Like one other comment said, the atmosphere is outdated and greasy. There's hardly any customers inside, so what's the hold up on my food for it to be over 30 minutes late??
8:08 PM update, my food finally came and its cold. So for 30 plus minutes my food has been sitting on a counter top??

Table was dirty, silverware was dirty, when steak arrived to table it was raw and was order to cook medium, second order ribs were cold and the French fries were hard and ice cold, Will never return to this restaurant. It is sad because it was our go to place 2 years ago :(

Nice place for dinner or supper. Good variety of entrees and drinks. Including but not limited to steaks, wings, salmon, smashed potatoes and fries.
