It might be the most delicious thing in Kentucky! The store clerk is also nice.I'll come back later. Not only the ramen, but the chashu bowl is also delicious. Next time I'll try the curry.
Best ramen we've ever had! I had the Spicy Ramen ("normal spicy" was quite spicy) and my wife had Shoyu Ramen. Fresh ingredients, large portions. We also shared spring rolls - delightful. It was a take out order. The bowls came with the broth in a bottom compartment, with the noodles, veggies and meat in a top, lift out compartment that you dump into the broth. We'll be back!

Having tried ramen is several cities including little Tokyo in Los Angeles, I have a good idea of what's good. Hokkaido is definitely on the good side. The restaurant has great ambience. It's super clean. The service is fast and friendly. Your drinks never gets to the bottom. The ramen is on point.
