Having tried ramen is several cities including little Tokyo in Los Angeles, I have a good idea of what's good. Hokkaido is definitely on the good side. The restaurant has great ambience. It's super clean. The service is fast and friendly. Your drinks never gets to the bottom. The ramen is on point. The broth is flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the beef was cooked perfectly. The price for most bowls runs around $15, and it's a good size bowl. This is definitely a must if you like ramen or want to try it.

Best ramen we've ever had! I had the Spicy Ramen ("normal spicy" was quite spicy) and my wife had Shoyu Ramen. Fresh ingredients, large portions. We also shared spring rolls - delightful. It was a take out order. The bowls came with the broth in a bottom compartment, with the noodles, veggies and meat in a top, lift out compartment that you dump into the broth. We'll be back!

Hokkaido Ramen House is fantastic! We usually order our ramen through door dash, but we have eaten in the restaurant as well. The containers they use for delivery orders are awesome! They keep the broth and ramen noodles separate so they don't get soggy, so don't be afraid to order delivery or take out, you will still get a great bowl of ramen. I prefer miso ramen, though they only have spicy miso ramen. You can order it, "not spicy" but the broth is still a bit too spicy for my taste. I think it's prepared with spicy red bean paste?Owners please read this:"I really wish they would offer a plain Tonkotsu broth with Miso flavoring equalling something like Tonkotsu Miso Ramen, essentially miso ramen with no spiciness ."However until they do, if you need a great bowl of ramen with no spiciness, I highly recommend the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, it is a Tonkotsu and soy sauce base that is wonderfully savory yet mild with a perfect paring of toppings.The crab rangoons are amazing! The edamame and sesame balls are great as well. The restaurant is always clean and the service is great. I highly recommend Hokkaido Ramen House!

Great food and service. Menu is fantastic and the broths are rich and delicious. The octopus balls were really good and made in a way I've never had them before.

I cannot wait to go back again! I went with a group to celebrate a friend's birthday and we ordered the following: Gyoza 11/10, Ikageso Karaage 10/10, Takayama Octopus (I didn't try this one, but it was a hit with the others), Chicken Karaage 10/10, Spicy Miso Ramen 11/10, Garlic Honkotsu Ramen 10/10. Everything was so amazing and they even surprised our friend with iced cream! The portions are great and the atmosphere enjoyable, extremely clean, and the staff was so friendly. Will definitely go again!
The service and food and prices were all GREAT!!! My only complaint is that the chicken was bland as heck! I was a little disappointed about that. However the broth, noodles and the WHOLE egg not just half of one made up for it! Will be back again! Just probably won't order chicken, I'll do pork next time!!
