“Having tried ramen is several cities including little Tokyo in Los Angeles, I have a good idea of what's good. Hokkaido is definitely on the good side. The restaurant has great ambience. It's super clean. The service is fast and friendly. Your drinks never gets to the bottom. The ramen is on point. The broth is flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the beef was cooked perfectly. The price for most bowls runs around $15, and it's a good size bowl. This is definitely a must if you like ramen or want to try it.“
