Came in about an hour before close. Had an online to go order. Fries were clumped together cold and NOT edible. CHICKEN WAS SO OVER FRIED OR SO OLD THAT THE MEAT WAS HARD AND TOUGH. My cheese curds were good and so were the fried pickles. I will never go back

Had to wait at least 10 minutes before our waiter came to take our order a very UNBUSY night. Then, when I placed an order of wings, we were told they were out of ranch. Seriously, how can a restraunt known for chicken wings be out of ranch. So my food came out and we waited 5 minutes for my wifes food to come out. Her food had not came out, so I started eating mine before it got cold. Our waiter came back and told us he was going to check on her food. He never came back with any update. So we found a manager and canceled her order. This was our first time back to this location in several years, and it will be our last time eating a buffalo wild wings.

Service is horrible now. Have to wait forever for a refill when nearly done with food. Stood and waited several mins before seated. Bring out appetizers with the meal defeats the purpose of an appetizer i wanna like this place. Cant say me and my wife will be back anytime

Absolutely love bdubs, food is always good but this location’s customer service was sad. I understand bad nights but our waitress disregarded our long wait time and was quite disrespectful when we asked about the food. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless their is a sport event going on.

I'll never go in another one les start with the potatoes wedges they had cheese on them they where cold like they set back there awild second order 20 wings came cold they where the smallest wings I've ever saw i seen bigger wings on a pigeon i was in Georgetown ky Frankfort Kentucky BW3 same thing service was awful and there was not that many people had to look for her to get refills on are drinks yall will be closing the doors if you keep that up by the end of the year never going back to a nother one wings and rings is getting my busiest

I’ve never once had a good experience at this location. I only went because I had a gift card. Placed a takeout order and arrived just to wait an additional 40 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready. They didn’t even look busy. The food was also cold.

Reason for the 3 is chicken. Is cooked dry slightly jerky like good but a litte hard ?
I called the restaurant twice to place an order and was sent to voicemail so I went inside to place my order and the girl who was working take out was sitting down then she got up to ask if I was picking up an order. I told her I was wanting to place an order and she says okay. She started walking behind the counter then she walks back out, went into the kitchen and never came back out to take my order. I stood there for 10 minutes so I just walked out. Every time i come to this location it’s always poor service.
