Stop trying to be like Chic fila. Waiting in the parking lot with a sticker on my widow, then circling the parking lot twice is VASTLY more annoying and less efficient than a normal drive-thru system. You have 3 people pointlessly outside in the rain. Needlessly increasing the point of delivery by ~50 feet. I prefer Culver's burgers over any other fastfood option, but I'm about to stop coming here over the poorly imitated drive-thru experience.
Always enjoy coming to this Culver's but I've got to say today was the best experience yet. Young man named Alex took our order the drive through and was so respectful and professional I was taken away and instantly in a better mood! Seems like a great young man and add to the Culver's team.
The family was excited to have individually wrapped gluten-free burger buns for their excellent burgers. The fries were a bit salty, but otherwise great and thicker cut than the average burger joint. The shakes, etc. were good enough that we went back for more the following morning after we checked out of a local hotel!
