Healthy eating choices. Helpful staff. Good food! Easy access. We love Panera! Would recommend that the large indoor dining room incorporate subrooms with private booths with dividers, more artwork, sort of like what Frankfort Panera has. Would recommend that there be a larger display of bakery products, again like what Frankfort has. Sometimes my order is wrong, and they do not corrected it without charging me. I unfortunately, can’t come back right away to have it fixed. Or it was a delivery & they aren’t offering to fix and bring the correct version to me. Drive thru can take a while, order ahead but check accuracy before you leave, just saying.
I used the kiosk, I ordered no onion, no tomato on my sandwich. it came with both.
my friend ordered CBR and there was no bacon. just chicken and ranch.
