I was introduced to five guys in the late 1980s when I traveled to northern VA/DC. I loved their thick meaty burgers and crispy French fries.Fast forward to this rather newly opened Georgetown KY location. Staff super friendly. Store very clean. Same free peanuts. Delicious crispy fries, abundant order. But the beef? Not only was the patty thin but more importantly the taste! More of a corporate fast food replica. A hand patted fresh burger is available at many local mom and pop establishments for a fraction of the cost. Plus, another fast food joint that asks for tips when you serve your own drinks and pick up your food at the prep counter. We are subsidizing the wages that the cooks make. Not that they do t deserve a good wage but the costs plus gratuity don’t equal the quality. For a cheese burger, small fry, and a small drink plus a tip we are talking $25 plus. Ill pass next time for a cloth napkin establishment with a real hand patted burger with great taste for the same or lesser price that supports local folks.

We came in today 9-4-24, , entering though door my wife with medical issues became week could walk , so was getting into seat to sit when 5 guys cashier notice , cam over ask need help , said we need sit , she tell what u like and will place ur order bring to u , what wonderful person, and business to get that done , her name Chloe B , made my wife's day and mine to have some where so kind thx u forever now loyal customer

Drove all the way from Frankfort, KY 9/28/24. I arrived at 9:15 PM and they were closed.. They're supposed to be open until 10:00 PM. Drove in the rain, risked my life... Never again Georgetown KY location. Overly disappointed ?.

As usual, Five Guys came through with a good sloppy burger. One of the good things about Five Guys is that you can add any toppings at no extra cost. Burger was cooked to perfection. If you've never been to Five Guys before I will warn you, the regular fry is a lot more than you get at another hamburger restaurant. Compared to other Five Guys, they're spicy fries are not as intense. Seating can be a bit tight in there in some places.
