Not a good service at all. I usually do veggie number 14 with green bell peppers. No peppers, had to wait 5 minties to get them cut. Another is, yes I wanted Mikes way with no oil, but did you aske if I wanted anything else on it. No she did not, i stead I said can you put pickles and jalapeno peppers on it, and what does she do, picks it out of bin and puts it on next to cashier to put it in and cut sandwich up. The sandwich maker was rude, if you do not want to work than do not be there period.

While I love this place and it will be always my favorite restaurant. One of your female employees decide to tell me "that's to much mayonnaise" like, did I ask? Honestly. The boy with the light red curly hair who loves mayonnaise just as much as me, shout out to him. He deserves the best of praise. Not being judged, I struggle with eating disorder BTW where I have a hard time convincing myself to eat. the judgement did not help.

Best chain sandwhich shop in town! Staff was pleasant and seemed to be happy at work which trickles into every other facet of the establishment.

Ordered a sub on gluten-free roll for pick-up. Got it home and took 2 bites realizing it was not gluten-free. Went back to have it resolved. They showed no concern for the issue and would only remake if I brought back the incorrectly made sub, (Which was already open, bitten into, and would be difficult to transport.) I won't be back and do not recommend.

Consistently delicious. I always get a tasty, fresh sub made to order with a smile. No matter which location, its always the same delicious sub. My son says they have the best gluten free bread, too!
