Great service even

Absolutely awful. Always closes early, never at 8. You can be there at 730 and closed. You sit outside forever and no one comes to help you.. When you come early and do get food its old and inedible. Avoid at all cost.

Went to the store a number of times lately. First time they were closed due to illness. Went back another time and they were closed for repairs. Finally went back and turns this operation doesn't honor coupons or other specials found on the website. Drove all the way across town several times online be told sorry about my luck once they were finally open.

Outside 15 minutes for a guy to tell us hold on, 10 minutes later on my phone writing my experience. No food, no drive through, dinning not open 25 minutes outside in the rain. Wow

Waited for 30 minutes and didn’t even get to order. People in front of me were waiting over an hour because they have no help and someone was new. They won’t let you in the restaurant you can only order from the outside window. Completely ridiculous for fast food fried fish. I won’t ever come back and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I talk to not to go to that long John silvers.

Waited 40 minutes for chicken and fish. Was told by the manager that there was a problem with the fryers and that was the only thing said. Meanwhile all of the workers were constantly in the parking lot smoking in groups and hanging out by their dumpster area. After getting the food it looked like it had been cooked in extremely old nasty oil. This place is disgusting!

The worst experience I've ever had at a so- called fast food restaurant. The wait time was ridiculous. I'll never go back!

Ordered 3 piece Fish & More this evening. Fish pieces were very small, thin & very overcooked. Crispy throughout. It was not edible. The hushpuppies were overcooked as well.

They're always super slow and the pandemic has made it worse. But today was one of the fastest times we were served and everything was correct.

This place is a relic of another era, and I don't mean that in the good way.I tried to eat here today, and definitely had a negative experience.First, there's no drive-through. Who has seen a fast food place, especially one by an interstate, that doesn't have a drive-through, in decades? You have to park and walk up to the window to order take-out (especially since the dining room is closed due to COVID-19). Since drive-through windows were first developed in the 1960's and 1970's and have been widespread (if not outright universal) in fast food places since the 1980's, it's VERY clear that this place hasn't seen any renovations in 30+ years. Then again, the well worn, shabby (if not outright dirty) facade is easily 30+ years old. When you go up to the take-out window, it's covered in tattered, faded, smudged and smeared hand-written signs saying "no refunds" or "no extra tartar sauce sorry". You'd think an actual chain fast food place would have more professional-looking signs than something handwritten with a marker on a sheet of scrap paper and taped to the window for who-knows-how long. Would you expect something like that at a McDonalds or Wendys?Through the take-out window you could see the place looked worn-down and weathered, if not outright dirty on the inside.Well, they also had a sign saying to ring the bell for service, because despite the dining room being closed, they had nobody manning the window. I pressed the button for the bell, but I didn't hear anything. I pressed again, still didn't hear anything. I stood there and counted down, after a minute I walked away. There was another guy standing by there who had apparently placed an order and was waiting for it, so I guess they weren't completely closed, just really slow and inattentive on service.I give it 1 star, because I couldn't even get service there, for being a fast food restaurant in the year 2020 that didn't have a drive thru, and for being overall dirty and run-down.

Never had a bad experience with service or the food even with the ridiculous govt imposed "safety" requirements for COVID. Most likely the best LJS in Kentucky.

6/4/20 Being a ? driver, I was excited for the "walk up window". Moreover, I rang the bell three times ( no customer service) No one visited/said anything. A car pulled up, a employee walked to the car never said one word. I was about to order $40+ Thanks
