We were greeted as soon as we walked into the store by Trevor. We told Trevor that we had never been to an East Coast subs. He explained their menu and what their best sellers were. He said that they had fresh squeezed lemonade that he had squeeze that morning. And their fries were famous and Trevor said he’d cut those too. We ordered a turkey sandwich with provolone and a cold Italian. We told him we were driving and that we would eat half for lunch and half for dinner tonight so they cut them in half and wrap them individually. They were great. The lemonade was fabulous! The fries were the best we had ever eaten! We will be back. Thanks to Trevor & his staff.

Our granddaughter and her husband run this Penn Station in Georgetown, Ky and they are absolutely the best place to go if you are a big guy, that's worked his butt off all day. Here's the place to go. Great people and Great Service...

Decent food, but the website almost never works and the phone rings and rings then goes to voicemail. Very aggravating when you want to call in an order or order online.

Penn Station used to be my most favorite sub place in all the land. But with all things, time has changed them. For me, they are no longer the best. The sandwiches are mediocre compared to years past. The price for a mediocre sammy just isn't worth it to me anymore. I'll grab subway and be happier and probably healthier.

Ate here for years but here lately I’ve been paying $5 for this medium fry. Really? And the fries were cold, use to they wouldn’t drop the fries till you got there. Guess I’ll just stop ordering fries.

Every time we try to order online to save time but no matter what, i have to keep waiting once i get there. Theres no reason to take more than 30 minutes for a sandwich when there’s nobody else in-store

I have never met ruder workers in my life. I understand the food industry is stressful, but the customer service was non-existent.

It's getting expensive for just a sandwich.

Staff not very friendly, took about 8 minutes of standing at register to get waited on. Only 3 tables in use and two people in front of me. All but 2 empty tables were dirty. Place was very cold. One lady that came in after me went back to her car for a sweater. Will most likely not return.
