Penn Station East Coast Subs

Our granddaughter and her husband run this Penn Station in Georgetown, Ky and they are absolutely the best place to go if you are a big guy, that's worked his butt off all day. Here's the place to go. Great people and Great Service...

Decent food, but the website almost never works and the phone rings and rings then goes to voicemail. Very aggravating when you want to call in an order or order online.

Penn Station used to be my most favorite sub place in all the land. But with all things, time has changed them. For me, they are no longer the best. The sandwiches are mediocre compared to years past. The price for a mediocre sammy just isn't worth it to me anymore. I'll grab subway and be happier and probably healthier.

Ate here for years but here lately I’ve been paying $5 for this medium fry. Really? And the fries were cold, use to they wouldn’t drop the fries till you got there. Guess I’ll just stop ordering fries.

Every time we try to order online to save time but no matter what, i have to keep waiting once i get there. Theres no reason to take more than 30 minutes for a sandwich when there’s nobody else in-store

I have never met ruder workers in my life. I understand the food industry is stressful, but the customer service was non-existent.

It's getting expensive for just a sandwich.

Staff not very friendly, took about 8 minutes of standing at register to get waited on. Only 3 tables in use and two people in front of me. All but 2 empty tables were dirty. Place was very cold. One lady that came in after me went back to her car for a sweater. Will most likely not return.

After avoiding Penn Station for over two years due to previous negative experiences, I decided to give them another shot. Unfortunately, my visit confirmed that nothing has improved. Upon arrival, I was greeted by indifferent employees who were more engrossed in their phones than in providing customer service. Despite placing a simple order, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a sub and small fries. The staff showed no sense of urgency or respect for my time.

While waiting, I witnessed another customer who had placed an online order almost 30 minutes prior being treated rudely when he inquired about his food. The employee curtly told him, "You get it when you get it. That’s not how it works." This dismissive attitude and lack of efficiency reaffirmed my decision to not return to Penn Station. The overall experience was a disappointing reminder of why I stopped visiting in the first place.

I love Penn Station. This one was not up to par. Chicken Teriyaki was not the normal flavorful. Maybe they forgot something.

The food here is wonderful, and I used to come here once a month while charging my truck while traveling. But recently they closed the bathroom, which is at least 50% of the reason why I come here while I'm on the road.

I went in any way and used the restroom last time I was there. There was nothing wrong. The staff just doesn't want to clean it, I'm pretty sure.

This place just needs better management.

Vegetarian options: The artichoke sandwich is the best.

This was my first time eating at Penn Station. I ordered the baked Italian sub. It was the most delicious sub I’ve ever ordered. Quality ingredients!!!!! The only issue was they forgot one of my sandwiches but they didn’t give me any trouble when I went back to get it. Even gave me a free dessert. Thank you!??
