Nothing personal against this location, but i took a chance and am once again disgusted by how sweet and fake my smoothie tastes. It's not health food at all. When i want a smoothie I want it made of fresh or frozen (optimally organic) fruits and vegetables, mixed with 100 percent fruit juice or almond/oat milks or coconut water, and without any preservatives like citric acid, natural flavors, or added sweeteners. Fruit is pretty sweet by itself you know, especially if there are bananas or apple juice in the mix. Both smoothie king and tropical smoothie cafe are pretty awful. If one of these chains would become legitimately healthy, or even offer a healthy section as described above, it could become the true king. stop trying to cut corners and make a buck by pumping up people with sugar and chemicals instead of real food.

So many options to choose from, there is something to delight every palate. Personally, I'm hooked on their acai smoothie bowls. Each spoonful offers a burst of refreshing flavor, perfectly balanced with the richness of acai plus fresh toppings makes it soo addicting.

Very disappointed that I placed a mobile order and drove all the way to smoothie king, just for there to be a paper sign on the door that says they’re temporarily closed. It was at 12:30pm today so not sure why’d they be closed. Why would it let me place a mobile order and charge my card if they’re not even open? So unethical of the business owner. Me and my friends will be taking our business to tropical smoothie cafe instead.
