I have ordered ahead at this place three times to pick up on my way to work. They are never open at 7AM and do not offer a way to get a refund. Terrible

Very disappointed that I placed a mobile order and drove all the way to smoothie king, just for there to be a paper sign on the door that says they’re temporarily closed. It was at 12:30pm today so not sure why’d they be closed. Why would it let me place a mobile order and charge my card if they’re not even open? So unethical of the business owner. Me and my friends will be taking our business to tropical smoothie cafe instead.

i ordered a smoothie on Door dash at 11:30 AM today and the dasher informed me that they had a sign that it was closed. So, i called and a girl answered and i explained what happened. She tells me that "it has been a long day" and she did not get there to open the store till 12 noon !!!. What kind of business is this, that employees can come whenever they want to? The website says open at 9 AM !!! This review is for the business in Georgetown ky.

Great people!! Great smoothies!! Just wish the hours were consistent so I could get a smoothie on my way to work… this won’t stop me from getting smoothie king… trying to feed the addiction ?

Yummy!! Came in, super short wait!! Girl at the counter asked if she could help me at all while I was trying to pick something from their abundance of options. I ended up getting the Caribbean way after I asked if it was good and she recommended it!! Delicious smoothie! Fresh ingredients!! And fast/excellent service!!
Looking Out For The City ..
I have never seen barely legal kids work so fast to make smoothies. When I came in, there were so many customers waiting for their smoothies. I had to come here for a BOGO app deal that I saw online and I was like "Finally, a Jamba Juice like place! The barely legal to work male was very attentive and asked if I was picking up a mobile order because I had my phone out. I was, but they had not made the drinks yet. I am currently tasting one of the vitamin ones I bought and it's not bad. Tastes like crap, but it is the coldest crap on this hot azz day. I'll take it. Thanks for the memories of Jamba Juice!
Really nice location, easy access from the interstate. The store was nice and clean and the staff was really friendly. Not busy at all when I arrived. Really delicious smoothie's. Was recommended the Caribbean Way. Definitely my new favorite. They are a nice refreshing treat when it's hot. Will stop in again if I'm ever in the area.

First time at SK and I’ll sum it up with this, it left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered a gladiator with strawberry protein powder and strawberries & bananas for my two fruits. My problem is, it had no flavor, real bland. I said something to the young man working there and he say, yeah our strawberry protein powder does have much flavor, that’s why I get blueberries.That would have been nice to know before buying it. I’m mean you couldn’t taste any fruit what so ever. I’ll go back to Tropical Smoothie since I want quality and consistency.
