Manager was awesome! Very friendly and kind. She went the extra mile for each customer. I know her name started with Am but cannot remember her full name. It's genuinely rare to see good managers and hope she stays. The workers were also friendly. This location can get busy but does have a drive thru option.

Stopped here while traveling through KY, very close to the freeway, drive thru was fast, service was good and drinks were great.
I am a regular Starbucks drinker and everything I've bought here has been served exactly as I've ordered it. However, I have to dock a few points for service and atmosphere. For one, it's ALWAYS crowded. Not that it's their fault, but there is almost never anywhere for me and my kids to sit. The one big table is almost always already accompanied. Again, not their fault. But I'm also not impressed by the staff's attitude. They're not friendly, don't make conversation, and even when I ask how their day is going, they seem quiet or burnt out. I can't be too harsh with this review, however there are several improvements that can be made, most of which are the staff. Regardless, they always have a wide variety of cups and coffee bags, and their drinks are accurately created.
