In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

It's genuinely rare to see good managers and hope she stays. The workers were also friendly. This location can get busy but does have a drive thru option.

I am a regular Starbucks drinker and everything I've bought here has been served exactly as I've ordered it. However, I have to dock a few points for service and atmosphere. I need someone to explain to me why I should be berated by a clerk for pre-ordering my mobile order and then getting in the line too quickly. Since I can order at the window as I drive up, it does not make sense that this should cause an issue to have already pre-ordered. I also think it's a sad state of customer service that the clerks think it's okay to berate customers.
