Shogun Bistro Reviews
We ate there last night. Was 9 of us. Very unfriendly. The chef & waitress barely spoke, never smiled. It was like pulling teeth to get them to speak. Acted like it was a chore. Food was super salty. Then added the tip to the bill which I do not like esp after an unfriendly experience. Waitress took the money from all of us & left, no thank you, nothing. Probably won't be back.
A hour before closing and everyone in the building acted like they didn’t see or hear anyone. Had to go find someone, they seated and then all disappeared. If that’s the way they do business, just close the doors!
Our experience today was not good. There was no show(our children’s favorite part)during our food being cooked, we were never offered refills, and we were not offered any type of condiments. Very disappointed.

Shogun Bistro offers delicious and well-cooked Japanese food, with excellent service from friendly staff. The cooks are attentive, joking with customers and providing excellent table service. The filet is a highlight of the menu. Sitting at the hibachi counter allows diners to watch the process up close, making it a fun experience, especially for families or those celebrating special occasions. The restaurant is located up a hill, so a short walk is needed to reach it. Some customers note that the hibachi shows may be less entertaining if the chef is tired, but the quality of food remains outstanding. The white sauce is praised for making dishes stand out, and the service is consistently attentive, with staff checking on customers and keeping refills coming. Overall, Shogun Bistro is a great choice for celebrating special moments or enjoying a tasty Japanese meal.
