“A buddy of mine and I decided to check out a different restaurant today for lunch while down at Barren River Lake. We drove into Glasgow, KY and stopped in at Fine Arts Bistro on the town square. We arrived around 12:15 p.m. to a nearly full dining room. The building was obviously 100 or so years old and the feel was upbeat and vogue. A section of one of the solid brick walls is exposed revealing the building's age and stately stature.Being a lover of avocados, the Bistro Chicken Avocado Salad beckoned as did the Butternut Squash Soup. The soup was in a puree form and very tasty. The salad not only looked great; it was delicious and the two dishes satisfied my appetite and cravings for heathier food.The service was prompt and very personable. I highly recommend Fine Arts Bistro to anyone traveling through or simply needing to fill a local appetite.Parking: There is free public parking at the rear of the building.“

“When we walked in and were seated we weren't impressed at all. We asked 2 different people including our waitress to remove a chair from our table that had sticky stuff on it. They both said yes then walked away. My husband ended up moving it himself. Food ended up being good. Service was fine but nothing special.“

“I was taken here by a friend for lunch. I was very impressed with the taste and quality of the food. The service was great and the waitress was very friendly. This was a meal I have been wanting. It was comfort food. You can tell this is a local favorite. When I am back in Glasgow, I will be stopping here “

“Vegetarian options: I was absolutely blown away by the burrito vegano. As a vegetarian usually I’m just hoping for a good rice and bean burrito, but the burrito vegano comes with a delicious soy meat replacement. The soy was absolutely phenomenal and had the perfect texture. The burritos were HUGE. All the sides were delicious. I would highly recommend this place.“

“Stopped here for Saturday lunch at noon as we traveled across KY. Sat at the bar even though it was not crowded. Tyler, the bar tender, was very personable and took good care of us. The Reuben he recommended was terrific and the West Coast and Hazy IPA's worth the stop. I would dine here again and highly recommend!“

“Most amazing subs aka grinders eaten in Kentucky beats subway by miles and the bread for sub is terrific and the pizza well is just pizza haha but it's a must try for anybody , especially if your new in town or travelers!Not extremely expensive but not McDonald's cheap and good quality, it's 100X better that a drive-thru anywhere around here!Kid-friendliness: We take our 5 yr old grandson and 2 yr old granddaughter there alot and they enjoy it as much as we do and the staff has always been great and other patrons single, married with or without kids have always been respectable!“

“Honestly, this place is always pretty busy. But if you eat in, most of the time they're friendly. When I order to-go, I feel that the staff cares about my order. But, one time I went in and dined alone for lunch and was never served. I waited for a good 30-45 minutes and then ordered to-go. When the staff member forgot my water, she sarcastically said "have a nice day* as if it was my fault. So, it's kind of a hit or miss with Gondolier.Dietary restrictions: I have Celiac. I have to make changes to my orders due to this.“

“Applebee's in Glasgow has been one of my favorite places to eat and hangout for many years. I usually can sit at my favorite seat at the bar and have lunch, dinner, appetizers and drinks with many fun people (customers). I have come to know much of the staff and they treat me as a friend, They seem glad that I have shown up Many times my drink in on the bar before I sit down,I get fast service and servers, managers and bartenders always seem to stop by to say hello even when I am in a different area of the restaurant.I always have a great time when I am here. Good food, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere to have a meal and meet up with some friends. Thank you.I will be back, very soon.“

“We sat down and at first had no service. But a cook took our orders. When our cook came, the service was amazing. The food was amazing. He even brought us our chopsticks, and put the extra food in a seperate box for us. Very friendly, and joked with us too. Amazing!!“

“The food is fantastic! A wide selection of traditional and American dishes! Very reasonable prices, and very fast and friendly service! The atmosphere needs improvement! Still had Christmas decorations up in March? Just stick with traditional Asian decor!“
