We saw a post about Big Man BBQ, and marked as a "to go" if/when we were ever in the area. So glad we did!Their pulled pork was juicy, and tender, with a real smoky flavor that didn't need sauce to enjoy. Since I have always prefered saucey sandwich a blend of sweet & hot was absolutely perfect.I can confirm that the baked beans were spot on ... and I hear the potato salad was very tasty!My niece asked which side of the chicken she would get... We come to get BBQ here a couple times a month, always consistent and very good. Especially enjoy the shoulder plate! Please keep it up! Also, on a recent visit they had " baby-back ribs" and they were terrific!!! But alas they told me they only make them once a year..... Too bad because they are great.. hoping they might add them on a more regular basis...
