Went to Arby’s in Greenup, Ky this evening and there were only 2 women working and there were 8 or more large orders on the screens between the drive thru and dine-in. These 2 women did an amazing job working together with positive attitudes. The food was great and hot. I made sure to let them know what a great job they were doing with being so busy and it being just the 2 of them! Kudos to these 2 ladies!
I just went through Arby's in Russell, KY. for the last time. The service and food has become awful. I was the only 1 in the drive through and no one inside. I ordered a classic double roast beef sandwich meal. I was told to pull up and they would bring it out. Got my food and started down the road and opened my sandwich and it was a beef and cheddar with BBQ, fries were cold and still like they hadn't been cooked. Absolutely worst I've ever had.
