I was skeptical at first...Hibachi from a food truck, right!? 😬.....So glad I stopped by! 10 out of 10!!! First time trying it and it was some of the best hibachi I've had. I got the Taste of Everything combo. It was $17. But well worth it. Huge portion! It came with chicken, steak, shrimp, rice, noodles and veggies. Enough for me and my husband. It’s Eastern Kentucky hibachi, simple and plain. I wish the vegetables were larger or at least more plentiful when I get takeout. If you like food trucks: chicken, noodles and rice you’re in luck. The yum-yum sauce is average, usually very thin or runny. The restaurant does have tables and a fountain machine (Pepsi) so you can 100% dine in, but it’s order at the counter and wait (as it should be).
