“Wed, 2/28/24, Management told one of our trivia team members that she is no longer welcome because she spoke to trivia host and he felt threatened by her. She talked to host after trivia and told him she thought the questions we no longer "general knowledge" trivia. While her remarks may have been harsh, we feel she should have been warned that her behaviour would not be tolerated in the future but not forbidden to return to play trivia. Our trivia team spends 140.00 to 160.00 each Wednesday, not to mention the amount of tips the server was making (30 to 50 dollars). She also told management team that host drinks too much during trivia and they denied that. By the hosts own admission over the microphone, he has asked people to stop sending him drinks because "I'm getting drunk guys". She was told he is allowed 1 alcoholic beverage while doing trivia. WHO HAS EVER HAD A JOB WHERE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DRINK ALCOHOL?? We will probably NOT be coming back to trivia if all of our team members are not welcome. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR TRIVIA....WHICH I HAD SELECTED ORIGINALLY!!“

“My family is in the Union location once a week. We are dining in on Wednesday or getting carry out. Consistently delicious. Clean location. With the best staff members. We always feel welcomed and like we are apart of a family. We are so lucky to have a neighborhood spot like this. The food is absolutely delicious. Meatballs, Hot and Spicy, and Wings are our favorite items. More importantly (not really but it is this Dads treat of the week) are their House Beers. The Strong’s Lager and Brick Oven IPA are so good. My week treat is when I get to have a beer while waiting on my carry out on Thursdays. Great job guys. Keep it up!“

My server, Debra was outstanding. The older the more serious they take their job and im glad I got someone good for my first time.

I start with Chips n Salsa before moving forward on my wings and sides and everything is absolutely perfect this visit.

The beer here is absolutely CHEAP compared to vegas 10$ bottles and this might become a spot ill be at weekly basis.

If you never visited a Roosters or checking reviews first, COME IN! The food is superb and the atmosphere is stunning.

Its actually cheaper than McDonald's but Quality is there! Its insane I never thought id find a place that invest in guest experience over money. I fear posting this prices will start rising so dont hesitate!“

“Just did a to go order, I ordered a Black and Blue burger and small fries. After I get home, low and behold NO BLUE CHEESE on my burger. I expect this from a fast food chain but not this restaurant. “My family and I have been going to buffalo bobs for a while now and have always loved the food, atmosphere and service. Everything was great until today 18 July which was the one time I wished I went somewhere else. The young man that waited on us today was only interested in a table that was buying a lot of alcohol and nothing else. Our drinks ran empty and instead of allowing us to substitute a soup instead of a salad, we was charged full price for the meal and soup unlike any other time of paying the upgrade charge of $2. I'll go back for the food but the service tonight was way under par.“

My husband actually wanted the pizza from this location for Father's Day because it has been consistently good. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and the pizza was great once again! “Well we my wife and granddaughter was setted at 806pm we order ower food shortly after waited a hour and ten minutes and never saw ower food we was told they was working on online orders but noticed people that were seated befor us and several after us had already eaten and was leaveing then the table next to us that had waited about 20min got there food we still hadent got ower order i asked 3 different times for a manager but one never showed up gues they was working on all the on line orders ? They told me I couldn't get a refund on my ranch that they forgot and hung up on me THREE TIMES. You guys took my money, forgot my stuff and hung up on me. The only other time I ordered my food took 3 hours and I called the store multiple times trying to get an update and the lady who I talked to was rude and giving me attitude saying she doesn't know and she also hung up on me and my food never arrived.
