The food is consistently fresh & flavorful, the service is friendly & personable, while being efficient, and the prices are reasonable and on par with most other quality Thai restaurants in the region. I can see why they have been there forever and a day.Parking: Limited number of spaces and not the greatest of neighborhoods. Not sure about handicap parking, even though the shop and lot are handicap accessible.Kid-friendliness: It's an ice cream shop. If that isn't kid friendly I don't know what is.Wheelchair accessibility: It's all at ground level. There isn't a step or even an incline to traverse. So should be handicap friendly. Not sure about handicap parking though.“

“This place is genius. Your dogs can run and play with other dogs and you can have a beer and a smash burger. Lee owns the place and he's amazing. He has one rule. Your dogs must be vaccinated and you have to bring a copy of the vaccine record. This is great idea so all the dogs can be safe I will be back to try the food I can't wait“

“We were visiting the Florence area for 3 days & found this place online when trying to find pet friendly restaurants in the area. We enjoyed our meals so much that we ended up eating here 2 of the 3 days.. I got their Fish & Chips both days (no complaints) & their hush puppies are some of the best I've ever had. Will definitely stop here again the next time we're in the area.“

“This place has become our dinner out go to. The food is always super fresh and service is by people who actually like what they're doing and treat all of us very well. Highly recommend the Pickins ad a start. The rotating sauces are always good. I think by now we've had just about everything on the menu and nothing dissapoints!“

“Love the patio, food is always great. Our servers are helpful and friendly. I have to eat gluten free and they are always careful with my food and check on anything we aren't sure about. We eat here a few times each month.Just a suggestion, consider adding lettuce wraps for the burgers, check out how 5 Guys or Red Robin do it. Also, if you have two fry baths, maybe keep one for fries only.Dietary restrictions: I eat gluten free, I generally get one of the salads with grilled protein and no croutons. They have house made dressings. I don't know if I would be comfortable eating here if I had celiacs, but my sensitivity (my joints and eyes swell when I have gluten) doesn't flare up when I eat here.Parking: Free public parking lot is across the street behind the Burlington administration building.“

Never be afraid to ask for substitutes in a meal, as they are always happy to meet your needs when able. They have a full bar, a birthday gong if you're celebrating another year older, and wonderful desserts.“

“The beers rotate and we have always found something we liked. It is a simple place with long tables and chairs. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and try to get to you quickly. You need to go to the bar to get a beer but there is usually not much of a wait. Food trucks usually provided food but they have the pizza company that used to be at MadTree. We enjoyed the pizza at MadTree so assume it will be just as good here.“

“I like this pizza. I loved it in the 80s. I wish the food tasted the same as it did in the 80s, but it doesn't. But it's still good pizza. Way better than Dominoes or Papa John's or LaRosas. Pickup at a drive thru is very convenient.“
