We came here on vacation from South Carolina and didn’t know anything to do around here with small children and she went way out of her way to help find us something to do! They worked the crowd, engaged with the crowd and became part of the crowd. In a rare showing of complete class - Brad & Amber donated their tips for the evening back to the event they catered for!!! “This is the place! My family is from Indiana, but we're introduced to Bucket Heads by my son. My Dad and brother are big breakfast guys will drive from Indiana to Western Hills, OH every month or so for their Sunday morning 'Bucket Heads Breakfast.'
Bucket Heads is very clean and has a great set up. They have large screen tv's hung side-by-side all around the establishment. You will never miss a game of any sport at Bucket Heads. The staff is polite and have a sense of humor if your that type of person, but they are genuinely friendly and good hearted.
I've only eaten breakfast there, so I cannot comment about the lunch or dinner. There are plenty of selections for breakfast and it all sounds so good, but watch what you wish for because the portions are huge! Our family has tried a variety of the breakfast selections and no one has ever complained. The goetta is outstanding: perfect flavor, cooked to perfection, and large portion! My brother is like a human garbage disposal and he's been known to ask for a to go box.
Their prices are very reasonable, especially when you compare your portion size and how good the food is. Bucket Heads is kid friendly with high chairs. They have tables, booth seats as well as seats at the bar. This is a handicap accessible establishment and has plenty of parking for everyone.
Next on my "Bucket" list is dinner! Bon appetit

I like that you order and pick up your own food when it's ready. It's smart for quick turn around. And take out is always on point!“

“The food at Lucky duck Pub is very good. The staff is very hardworking, they got us seated, got our drinks, and got our food out quickly even when the Pub was completely full. Trivia nights on Tuesdays at 7PM are fun and typically have the Pub full. I have only had good interactions with the staff. They are very polite and friendly.

If you're looking for good food or atmosphere it is a very good place to go.“

“Went here 11/13/22 with a party of 3 . The food was good . We sat at the bar and the service was deplorable. Who was working the bar??? We felt invisible and totally ignored. The two workers made us feel as we were a hinderance and made sure they did not make eye contact. Everything they had to do for any patron was an issue. No excuse for the service. It was not busy and we are very patient people.“

“We set Beefs as our playoff destination last Bengals season, decided to do the Super Bowl at home, you know the outcome. Won't make the same mistake this year. it has been a great playoff. They weren’t that busy yet we had to wave them down for refills, to order, to get a box (when we got their attention for a box it was another good 10 minutes b4 they arrived) and then had to get their attention to pay! “As an IT professional of 30 plus years, I have traveled the United States extensively. Sometimes, believe it or not, it is really hard just to find a really good sports bar with good food. Look no further, this is the place. If you are on the west side, this should be your go-to. I haven't eaten anything in here that wasn't good. The service is excellent and the food is always hot and ready. The bartenders and waitresses are awesome. The ownership is involved. There are TVs everywhere for whatever game you want to watch. Highly recommend!“

Service is good, and atmosphere is really great especially if you are into sports. However, food prices seem to have spike recently which is why I only gave it 4 stars. “My daughter and I went with friends today for lunch and it was amazing! There was plenty of parking outside (huge new lot!) and a lot of friendly staff members inside. There were giant TVs on every wall, a great food selection and drink menu. We had the deep fried pickles and cheese pulls for appetizers and they were fresh and delicious! They have a ‘Westside Charcuterie Board’ that’s an appetizer sampler platter for only 20.00! The kid meal was a nice size and my daughter loved the chicken tenders and waffle fries. The service was great. The staff was very attentive and polite. It was too hot for us to sit outside but the patio seating is really really nice! They have really made it a nice place to check out!“
