“Jerry was absolutely awesome! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Drinks were always full, food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, and he checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in his service. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at Applebee’s ask for Jerry if you’re there!“

“The food was very good but the service was lacking. These young people of today need to be taught the value of great customer service. Even from a dairiette, I expect friendly service. A smile and a thank you go a long way. Also, the wait was unnecessary with the number of workers they had staffed. However, I will return because the food is very good. So kudos to the cooks. And I know I have to give the young folk a chance so I'm not gonna hold anything against them. I do recommend the dairiette if you want a good hamburger. I do love em.“
