Staff needs to smile and say thank you.
The food was good. They were pretty busy with only 1 front person which made it pretty hard on her and slower for the customers. We did eat inside and it was nice. There was a lady behind us bedazzling a McDonald's sandwich box among other things and was very quiet and not a problem whatsoever, however one of the workers came and asked us if she was a problem? I kind of found that odd. Otherwise it was ok.
Waited at the window for 15minutes before I could pay because their computers went down, which is fine I get it stuff happens but when I got my food the fries were cold and tough. Sandwich was fine but by that time I was already disappointed. The manager was right there working on the computer and never offered up any kind of apologie or even acknowledged my presence really. A ...Hey sir our bad. Hang in there we're trying to get it resolved would have been really nice
