Loved it. The place is under new, experienced ownership and they need more business. Its an old, funky little place with a great back story. Parking is around to the side and it smells like burgers from the street. Such a wonderful find! Its a little hard to find, but I'd be happy to recommend the place. The food is great, and the Metzger ale is good beer. I wish that it was closer to home!
I love the Cherry Dilly bars and the chocolate too!!!!Kid-friendliness: Got really good selections of kid's meals always have a place to park and they're very friendly!!

This is bar food at its finest. I hadn't been here since it changed ownership and had heard some good things about it.They were accurate. The burger was juicy and had great flavor. The bun was toasted just enough to have a slight crunch. Even the tomato slice tasted ripe (not easy to do in February)The fries were above average.We will definitely be visiting Metzgers again! This was the best burger I've had in Henderson.
